My nursing carrier took off after obtaining my nursing license to practice. I found myself doing two jobs because the jobs were there. I worked in different type of healthcare setting including hospital, acute settings, rehab center, nursing homes, clinics and home health. I bought my first house in New York; two family story house with three bed rooms, two living rooms and two baths. The second family has one bed room and a living room with kitchen and bathroom. The first tenant I had was good but did not stay long. She had to move state. I decided to go for government rental to ensure steady rental income but it did not go very well with the tenant they sent to me to occupy the one bed room downstairs under section eight.
